Roy G. Taylor is the Chief of Police for Capitol Special Police in Raleigh, NC and Blue Ridge Public Safety in Sapphire, NC. Chief Taylor has 21 years of experience as a Police Chief in Federal, State, Local and Private agencies and over a total of 36 years in law enforcement. He has a Master of Science degree in Safety from East Carolina University and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Mount Olive College. He also has 25 years of experience as a specialized firearms and general instructor in the State of North Carolina. In addition Mr. Taylor is a litigation consultant and testifies in Federal and Superior courts on law enforcement and security matters.
