Lea will be speaking to the North Carolina Military Business Center’s Defense Contractors Academy (DCA) on November 14, 2012 in Greensboro, NC on Government Contracting – Cost and Estimating Practices. This will be Lea’s fifth presentation to the DCA. She has previously spoken in Raleigh, Charlotte, Fayetteville, and Spring Lake, North Carolina.
