Doing Business with the Government – Understand Costs and Contracting

Lea Strickland leads a workshop for North Carolina Small Business Government Contractors for the  NC Military Business Center’s Defense Contractors Academy on November 14, 2012 in Greensboro, NC.  This is the fourth speaking engagement for Ms. Strickland with the NCMBC Defense Contractors Academy discussing the requirements methods and business practice necessary to develop cost estimates used in contract proposals.  Ms. Strickland is a recognized expert in the area of business systems and contract compliance under government funding and contracting regulations.  She works with small businesses and large corporations on proposal development, cost estimating, and pre- and post-award compliance.
