C.O.R.E. Mastermind℠
The C.O.R.E. Mastermind℠ program provides guidance on the use and development of mastermind groups. Mastermind groups have been around for centuries under various names and structures. They are often the mechanism that has enabled individuals and groups to not only outpace the competition but become the predominant force in an industry or era.
Successful mastermind (MM) groups are formed around a single purpose. They may be formed to address a single problem and are disbanded once the problem is solved. Other MM groups are about long-term growth and on-going support, so those groups may consist of central hub of three or four members that span the years with other members coming in and out as needed or based on performance/contributions.
MM groups are intended to make you think deeper and broader. They bring new perspectives and experiences. FOCUS C.O.R.E. Mastermind Programs walk you through the crucial decisions, provide you with the right questions to ask prospective members, and utilize tools that assist you in building your best MM group.

Change Your Business with Your Own Facilitated Mastermind Group
Taking your business to the next level requires a team that includes peers. Your peers may include business owners, innovators, connectors, and subject matter experts. To build the most effective MM group, you need to understand the roles of each member and the purpose of the group. What expectations do you have? What do you want members to bring to the table? What personalities will work well together?
