Strategic Leadership is visionary.
Strategic leadership is about knowing where you want to take your organization tomorrow. It is being able to see what your business will look like in three to five years. It is a unifying picture that can be shared with the members of your team who will help you achieve that vision.
Vision isn't enough.
Visionary people who are unable to take concrete steps to achieve the vision aren't strategic leaders. They are people with dreams that won't become reality. Strategic leadership requires that you have a specific objective and a plan for getting to that objective.
