Phone Consultations: How they work?
Whether you are in North Carolina, Indiana, India, Great Britain, or any point in between or on the other side of the world (down under), F.O.C.U.S. Resources is happy to work with you via telephone. Our clients save money by avoiding travel expenses and time by utilizing the telephone to discuss issues and work through problems. Documents are shared via the internet, e-mail, or through overnight package delivery, so we are able to be literally on the "same page" across the miles.
The advantages of this process for geographically distant clients include:
- meeting more frequently by phone
- having the ability to schedule meetings after hours or on "off-peak" business times
- pre-arranged, scheduled meetings
- mentoring approach - the client handles the execution we are there for support and information
Phone Consultations: Complement Project Consulting Engagements
When clients need guidance before, during, or after a project, they are able to obtain that support with just a phone call. By staying in touch by telephone, clients are able to clarify a particular point or question and keep moving ahead.
Phone Consultations: Initial Engagement Assessment
The advantage for our clients in the initial engagement assessment is that through our conversations (usually a few calls over a one week period), F.O.C.U.S. Resources personnel are able to gather information, provide some indication of the potential issues, and give limited recommendations on the next steps and what a full project will involve. Phone consultations are generally charged at a fixed hourly rate.
