F.O.C.U.S. Resources provides a range of SOLUTION options for our clients, workshop participants, and business partners to get the information they need.  Our objective is to make our services financially accessible to those companies who need and want them.

SOLUTIONS are a result of understanding the issues, constraints, and realities of a particular business.  It isn't about "canned" or "one-size-fits-most" implementation.  Your business needs the tools, processes, and answers for YOUR BUSINESS, not someone (or everyone) elses!

Business Plan and Financial Model Development return to top

Business Plans and Financial Model Development utilizes an interview and inquiry process to analyze your actual (or planned) business operations.  Through a series of meetings, we work with you to understand the current operations, opportunities in current processes, and desired/planned changes.  Once the information-gathering process is completed, we design and develop custom models that reflect your business activities and objectives.  Once the initial models have been developed and validated, we train the client on use and provide support for client maintenance of the model. Here are a few of the "typical" model categories:

  • Financial Forecasts
  • Budgets
  • "Virtual" Company Analysis
  • Business Redesign and Assessment Tools
  • Employee Staffing
  • Pricing
  • Revenue
  • Capacity
