Tele-seminars and F.O.C.U.S. Implementation Teams (Peer Groups)

F.O.C.U.S. Resources recognizes that learning needs to take place simultaneously with running the business.  Clients need to be able to get information and act on it in their business for it to be meaningful and matter. That is why we have tele-seminars and peer group meetings via telephone.  This enables our clients to take a time out in their business to get critical information and support AND THEN GET RIGHT BACK TO BUSINESS!

The Programs: Tele-seminars

Many of the tele-seminar programs we offer are no cost events.  These periodic "events" will be announced usually in the same week or same day they will occur.  They arise out of questions and issues our clients are dealing with, so these "ad hoc" calls will be announced to our newsletter subscriber list when they get scheduled.

Other tele-seminars are full-blown workshops broken into several smaller tele-seminars to enable our clients to attend without the commute and travel time.  These tele-seminars also enable clients from diverse geographic locations to interact and connect with ideas, support, and information.

Execution is the ultimate goal of any business seeking information to make changes.  If they encounter obstacles on the execution path, then they may get discouraged, give-up, or simply not know the next step to take.  Learning from our peers is an excellent way to counter the challenges we each face in our business.  Peer groups combined with consulting enable real-time learning and application.  This combination is powerful! It enables you to stay on task in your business.  The group and F.O.C.U.S. Resources facilitator hold you accountable for action.
