The only objectives that can be achieved are those that are truly focused on with a strategic plan to hit the targets and timeline for maximizing the organization’s potential. Having lead numerous projects ranging from manufacturing capacity expansions ($97 million) to product development initiatives ($1 to $50 million), we have experience with the key processes and structures to develop your strategic plan.

Our role is to tell you the things you need to hear, even when you don’t want to hear them. We will do that from a supportive, non-judgmental perspective. We won’t engage in negativity, but we do promise to play “devil’s advocate” and to provide “reality checks” when we feel it is necessary for you to get a total 360 degree view of the situation. You aren’t paying us to agree, you are paying us for our experience and best advice. Whether you act upon our advice will always be at your discretion, just know that we won’t agree with you just to keep you as our client.
